How do I place my order?

To place an order:

  1. Add the items you wish to purchase to your shopping basket.
  2. You may choose to proceed via our website checkout or through PayPal.
    • To continue through our website checkout, click the green “Checkout” button on the right-hand side of the page.
    • To proceed via PayPal, click the PayPal button.
  3. You will be taken to our Customer Information page, where you will need to enter:
    • Email address
    • Name
    • Address
  4. If you have a valid discount code, enter it in the “Discount” field on the right-hand side and click “Apply” to ensure your discount is applied.
  5. Click “Continue to Shipping Method”. Make sure your delivery address is correct if it differs from your billing address. Then click “Continue to Payment Method”.
  6. Enter your payment details. You may indicate that your shipping and billing addresses are the same, if applicable.
  7. Once complete, click “Complete Order”. You will see an on-screen order summary and confirmation, and you will also receive a confirmation email.

What if items are missing or incorrect when I receive my order?

For missing or incorrect items, please contact us at service@dgvxtaw.com. Include your transaction reference number (Order #) and a proof image (under 1MB). We will happily reship the correct item at no additional cost, and you may keep any incorrectly sent items as a gift.

How do I know my order has been successfully submitted?

You will receive an email confirmation with your order number and purchase details.

I would like to change my order. What should I do?

You may amend your order on the same day it was placed, before 11:00pm (PDT, -7 GMT). Contact service@dgvxtaw.com to request changes.

How do I add items to my basket?

Navigate to the product page and select your preferences. Click “Add to Basket” to add the item to your basket. You can then continue shopping or proceed to checkout.

How do I view the contents of my basket?

Click the Basket icon at the top of the page. You can adjust quantities or remove items using the “Quantity” field or “Remove” link.

How do I remove items from my basket?

Click the Basket icon, locate the item you wish to remove, and click “Remove”. The page will refresh to reflect the changes.

How do I change the quantity of an item in my basket?

Click the Basket icon, then adjust the quantity in the “Quantity” field for the relevant item. The total cost will update automatically.

How do I make payments using PayPal?

PayPal is a simple way to pay online. After adding items to your basket, click the PayPal button to be redirected to the PayPal website. Ensure your details are correct for fast and secure payment processing.

How do I use a discount code?

  1. Add items to your basket and click the green “Checkout” button.
  2. On the Customer Information page, fill in your details.
  3. Enter your code in the “Discount” field on the upper-right of the page and click “Apply”.
  4. Verify that the discount has been applied in the order summary below.

What is your cancellation policy?

Orders may be cancelled on the same day they are placed, before 11:00pm (PDT, -7 GMT). After this time, cancellations cannot be accepted. Email service@dgvxtaw.com to request cancellation.
