Privacy Statement

SECTION 1 – WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you provide, such as your name, address and email address.

When you browse our store, we may automatically receive your computer’s Internet Protocol (IP) address, which helps us understand your browser and operating system.

Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails regarding our store, new products, and other updates.

SECTION 2 – CONSENT

How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your payment method, place an order, arrange delivery, or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to us collecting and using it for that specific purpose only.

If we request your personal information for secondary purposes, such as marketing, we will either ask for your explicit consent or give you the opportunity to opt out.

How do I withdraw my consent?
If, after opting in, you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, or for the continued collection, use, or disclosure of your information at any time, by contacting us at service@dgvxtaw.com.

SECTION 3 – DISCLOSURE

We may disclose your personal information if required to do so by law or if you violate our Terms of Service.

SECTION 4 – SHOPIFY

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products and services.

Your data is stored via Shopify’s data storage, databases, and general Shopify application. It is held on secure servers behind a firewall.

Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, Shopify stores your credit card information, encrypted according to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Transaction data is retained only as long as necessary to complete the purchase, after which it is deleted.

All direct payment gateways comply with PCI-DSS standards, overseen by the PCI Security Standards Council, a joint effort by brands such as Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

For more information, you may also refer to Shopify’s Terms of Service (link) or Privacy Statement (link).

SECTION 5 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Third-party providers used by us will only collect, use, and disclose your information as necessary to perform their services.

Some third-party service providers, such as payment gateways, have their own privacy policies regarding information required to process your transactions. We recommend reviewing their privacy policies to understand how your personal information is handled.

Note that certain providers may operate in a different jurisdiction to you or us. If you proceed with a transaction involving such a provider, your information may be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction.

Once you leave our website or are redirected to a third-party site, this Privacy Statement no longer applies.
